RGI Forms & TemplatesThe RGI Administration Manual references a number of forms and templates. Housing providers are required to use all forms and templates labeled “mandatory”. In some cases, the forms and templates must be adapted to include the housing provider’s logo and contact information. Any forms and templates which are not mandatory are strongly recommended.
When issuing these forms and templates to tenants and members, housing providers are required to comply with the requirements of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and to make any adjustments necessary to ensure compliance.
